Caroline
Senior Beauty Therapist
Starting as a Saturday Girl at John & Associates in 1991, Caroline has enjoyed every minute of her time as Senior Beauty Therapist and for the last 18 years as the proud owner of the salon, developing the salons reputation both in treatments and customer service.
Caroline’s passion is electrolysis, blemish removal & advanced skincare treatments.
Her passion does not stop at the treatments she also is extremely focused on the customer experience through continuous training and support of the superb salon team and making sure that the customer walks away delighted.
Caroline is available on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & alternate Saturday’s.
Bethan
Senior Beauty Therapist
Bethan is an experienced beauty therapist and has been working in the beauty industry for 9 years. Bethan is skilled in a wide range of beauty treatments, she particularly enjoys doing nails, lash & brow treatments and intimate waxing!
Bethan is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Lois
Graduate Beauty Therapist
Lois is the newest member of our team. She is qualified in all Level 2 beauty treatments.
Lois enjoys doing manicures, pedicures and eye treatments. Lash lifts are her favourite treatment to do.

Becky
Advanced Hair Stylist
Becky joined the team at John & Associates when she was 12 years old, at first as a Saturday girl then progressing to complete her apprenticeship with us. She now has over 30 years experience in the industry! Becky enjoys all aspects of cutting and colouring and has a huge and loyal customer base. Becky is the perfect stylist if you need someone knowledgeable to take the very best care of your hair.
Becky regularly updates her skills and has attended courses at the Sassoon Academy, Clynol Academy and HOB in London.
Becky is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & alternate Saturday’s.

Hannah
Senior Stylist
Hannah has been part of the John & Associates team for ten years and enjoys all aspects of hairdressing from hair-ups to technical work.
She is very skilled and knowledgeable at major colour changes and corrections with a great understanding of the hair’s integrity even when all seems lost. So if your home dye has not turned out as you would have liked, Hannah is the stylist to transform your hair.
Hannah has attended courses at the Clynol Academy, Schwarzkopf Academy, The Vidal Sassoon Academy and Fantastic Hairdresser Academy in London.
Hannah is available on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Lucy
Senior Stylist
Lucy joined the team at John & Associates in 2020. She is a fully trained and experienced hair stylist and barber.
Lucy has over 14 years hairdressing experience; having previously worked in salons in Tunbridge Wells and Brighton. She particularly enjoys creative colouring and cutting.
Lucy is looking forward to meeting you and helping you problem solve to achieve the best hair for your lifestyle. She really enjoys sharing her knowledge and skills so you can replicate your style at home and maintain it until your next appointment with her.
Lucy is available on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
Yasmin
Graduate Stylist
Yasmin has been part of the team at John & Associates since 2021. She is fully qualified in all aspects of level 2 & level 3 hairdressing.
As with the remainder of the team Yasmin attends regular training to keep up to date and further her skills. She has recently attended an advanced cutting course with celebrity hairdresser, Daniel Granger.
Yasmin is available on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
We provide the hairdressing services for Toray Pines Care Home in Coningsby. Yasmin is available on Wednesday’s at Toray Pines to ensure the residents are looking and feeling their best.
In her spare time Yasmin enjoys being creative and is skilled at a number of crafts including sewing, crochet & drawing.
Megan
Junior Stylist
Megan has been part of the team at John & Associates since 2022. She is a qualified level 2 hair stylist & is currently working towards her level 3.
Megan has always known that hairdressing is what she wanted to do. It’s been her passion for as long as she can remember. She has a really strong work ethic, loves meeting new clients and enjoys making people feel confident about themselves.

When she’s not in the salon, Megan loves going on walks, listening to music and spending quality time with her family. She is always looking to learn more and to keep growing within the hair industry.
Devon
Japanese Head Spa Specialist
Devon has been part of the team at John & Associates since July 2021; she is qualified in Level 2 Hairdressing.
Devon is renowned for her head massages and specialises in Japanese Head Spa.
In her spare time Devon enjoys keeping fit and has a lifelong interest in gymnastics. She also helps to raise money for good causes by taking part in charity runs.
Emma
Receptionist
Emma is the multi-tasking, welcoming face behind the reception desk and at the end of the phone. Emma started working at John & Associates as a Saturday girl and 21 years later she’s still here! Emma enjoys looking after every clients individual needs and organising the rest of the team!
